Craig Keener has recently published his massive two-volume work, Miracles, The Credibility of the New Testament Accounts with Baker Academic. If you have yet to purchase this work, I would highly recommend that you do so, as it will set the standard for the foreseeable future on this subject. In case you cannot however, there are plenty of good resources on the web that outline the main parameters of this work. Finally, Craig actually has a blog where he composes commentary and study notes on Bible background material. Also, on this site is several other free resources such as articles, a booklet on how to improve one's study of the Bible, and a series of studies on Matthew that can be used for adult Sunday school classes. Do check these resources out, it will be worth your time!
